Standard delivery within India typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your exact location. Deliveries to Metro cities are generally completed on the faster end of that spectrum, while remote or specialized pin codes may take the full 7 days.
Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your AWB tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your order's transit status in real-time.
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or unusually high order volumes during sales. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate before completing your purchase. Bio Thrust cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a shipment is deemed lost in transit by our courier partner, we will dispatch a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
If your package arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately so we can raise a dispute with the courier and send you a pristine replacement.
